Nurse Jasmine's Recovery

Hello my name is Stephanie Garcia. I am creating this gofundme page to help support a loving, hardworking individual. A true woman for others! Jasmine is not only my coworker, she is a dear friend, a loving mother, a dedicated wife, but most importantly a phenomenal nurse. She wakes up every morning, puts her fears and needs to the side, to serve the streets of Chicago. She helps both patients and their families understand their diagnosis, while providing the utmost compassionate care. Unfortunately about 2 weeks ago, on her way to her last patient, she was involved in a car accident, needing an immediate/emergent surgery and is now on her long road to recovery. This is not the only battle she has had to fight. A couple of years ago her precious daughter developed MIS-C, a complication of COVID-19, which affected her little heart. Jasmine had to take time off of work and find ways to care for her family while her husband was active in the United States Army. This family has been through so much but yet they continue to look foward and fight for the American dream. Because Jasmine has given so much to our community, I now ask that we return the favor. She plans on using any money raised to help with financial expenses that she may come across while she is off of work recovering. Any amount helps.
