Desperate times call for desperate measures

Hey y’all, Ive fallen into some hard times and haven’t been able to catch a break dealing with multiple complications from a surgery I had almost a month ago. I am asking for support to help with our monthly bills and expenses as I won’t be able to return to work for at least a few more weeks.
