Olga Brito HVAC System

A new ducted HVAC system is being installed in Olga Brito's home. This includes new duct work and vents throughout her home, a heat pump and an air handler with electric back up heat. The heat pump will provide heating and cooling year round except for in extremely cold temperatures (below 20 degrees). During extreme cold temperatures,  either the wood stove or electric back up heat can be used. Providing this system eliminates the burden of needing wood for the wood stove and starting fires which can be difficult. This new system elimates the expense of using baseboard electric heaters which can be expensive to operate during the winter months and It also eliminates the existing swamp cooler which requires winterization in the fall. It is my sincerist wish to provide comfort and convenience for my Grandma Olga in the coming months. The total expense for this project is $4,319.05. I would like to invite family and friends who would like to be apart of this gift to please donate. Should we exceed our goal, any additional funds will be used for maintenance and repairs on my Grandma's house and yard. Pictures will be posted once this project is complete.
