Neck and Back Surgery!

Wednesday, April 30th, I collapsed in my home around lunchtime and was found by my fiancé and hate that she had to see me in that condition. A ambulance was called and I was taken to Methodist and admitted. They did tests all day Thursday and Friday. The doctors discovered something with the MRI on my back and neck. The C1-C4 are shortening and the C5-C7 are bulging and pinching nerves in my neck that is causing issues with my left side being numb and tingly. They said that I will require two weeks or so in a rehabilitation facility to try and avoid surgery on my spine. I will have to pay out of pocket $5,000 for everything and I am asking for help. This is hard for me to do, but here I am. Thank you for anything you can do.
