We are fighting for improved access to mental healthcare and sustainable working conditions. Walnut Creek therapists are members of the National Union of Healthcare Workers (NUHW) and over 2,000 Kaiser Permanente therapists in Northern California walked off the job on August 15th, 2022 in order to make a change in the inadequate staffing and long wait times of 6 to 8 weeks between appointments.
