Save Juvie Gonzalez family in P.R.

I am fund raising for my family in PuertoRico who are living the after math of hurricane Maria. They live near Pounce, primarily in Salinas and El Coco. With minimal resources for communicating to the main land I plan on transferring this money to my aunt's ,uncle's, cousins and their children. This is to support them in sustaining their daily needs of food, shelter, clothing, hygiene etc. Please help me in reaching this goal.
