My name is Paige and if you know me you know Tater is my entire world, and right now Tater needs my help. Late Saturday night Tater was showing signs of pain and discomfort so I took him to the emergency vet and they diagnosed him with Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD). We went home with pain meds and tried to manage it but he got worse and today he was unable to use his back legs. I took him to the emergency vet in Akron and now we’re waiting on him to get a neurology consult and MRI to see if he needs surgery. The MRI alone cost $4,000 and if he has to have surgery the price will double. I would appreciate anything. Please help me help Tater.
