Help Echo get the surgery she needs
Donation protected
Echo was my first pet as an adult. She’s gotten me through so many hardships and the ups and downs of life. She’s been the consistent being in my life to love me no matter what and we have an incredibly deep bond.
On September 13, 2023, Echo went to jump off the counter like she’s done so many times before, and somehow one of her hind legs became stuck in the handle of our cutlery drawer and she broke her leg. After hours at WAVES and $1103.86 later, we were told that her X-rays showed a full break of all four metacarpal bones with posterior displacement and that they may not heal properly with just a splint. This would mean possible future complications that could lead to amputation. Because of this, we have decided that surgery is the best option for her to ensure her best quality of life. They have quoted us between $5000-$6000 for surgery.
If you’re able to spare anything at all, I would be forever grateful as she means absolutely everything to me. Even the smallest donation can help! If you’re unable to donate, please share this link so that we can get Echo the help she needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
