Hi, my name is Nicole Horner, Ashley’s sister. I am opening up this go fund me in hopes to alleviate the financial burden due to loss of work, medical expenses and travel Ashley has been and is going to experience for the foreseeable future.

Ashley has been in the hospital since Friday, February 24th. Her medical case has been difficult to figure out but I feel like we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Ashley has had an infection since February 2nd after a complicated ear surgery. She reached out numerous times to her ENT but was told she was only suffering from post-operative pain. Unfortunately, this infection then spread from her ear into her sinus cavities and jawline. The infection spreading to her jaw caused her to need an extraction. Once this tooth was removed, she was then informed that she has lost all bone under that tooth.

Once released from the hospital, Ashley will have to be hooked up to IV antibiotics to rid her body of the remainder of the infection. This also leaves Ashley with hearing loss, tinnitus and future issues with her mandible and teeth. I am hoping to alleviate some of the financial burdens this has and will continue to put my sister under.

Ashley is always the first one to lend a hand when anyone is in need. She is a full-time nanny for 3 beautiful babies and a loving and caring momma to Kaden and Kylee.
