Fighting to keep my daughter

I am here to ask for help. I am a single mother to three amazing children. The father of my youngest has taken me to court over 10 times since he’s been back in our lives in dec 2015. I have shown up to every proceeding, And mediation. Which is difficult due to the case still being in Washington county, Hillsboro two hours away.  I have given in on every request he has asked for. It has never been enough, each time we settle it, I’m served new papers wanting something completely different in a matter of 2-3 months. I had an attorney for a year, but the cost was just something I could not afford. The most recent situation has us going to trial in court because he is demanding that I uproot my children from where we have lived for four years, this is my hometown born and raised. My daughters only home she can remember. She will have to leave her school, her friends, her home, as well as my two older children. He requests that we move to where he lives over an hour away. He wants 50/50 time. He hired an attorney for my 6 year old without my consent or knowledge until after the fact, and three days before we were to be in court previously. I’ve been left in the dark and with that I’ve been painted in the most demoralizing  light a mother could ever be. I have never done drugs, had an alcohol addiction or any sort of record. I strive to care for my children the best that I can. My entire life revolves around my children and anyone that knows me, knows this is true. The courts have refused to acknowledge the DV that I’ve experienced from the father of my daughter. The stalking, the mental and emotional abuse as well. I need to hire an attorney again, but with working and going to school full time my funds are completely limited. I cannot lose the little love of my life and our entire life that we have built in a town that we love so very much, close to our family. Please if you can help is any amount, my heart and my children’s will forever be greatful.
