Rebekah's Funeral Fund

On June 9th 2025 our family got the heart wrenching call that our mother Rebekah Janitz unexpectedly passed away. She was only 45 years old, and this caught us all by surprise. Unfortunately when it came time to plan her services we came to found out it was going to be upwards of nearly 8,000 dollars. And the least we want to do to honor her is by having these services. She unfortunately didn't have any type of life insurance and was on a fixed income due to having a terminal illness. So we decided to reach out to our local community and see if we could raise enough to pay off what we wish to do for her services. She was a wife, and a mother to my sister Alexandra and I, and our half brother Connor, she also has multiple grandchildren. I know that she had a lifetime of friends, past co workers, and extended family who loved her. Whatever a person can contribute will directly go to her services. If we exceed the price of her services every cent then will be donated to either one or multiple causes we believe our mother would have wanted to honor. She worked for years in healthcare and had such a deep compassion for others. Her family meant more to her than anything. She valued time, family, friends and memories. Whatever you feel comfortable donating will help our family tremendously and we appreciate every single one of you who share, comment and try to get word around for our mothers funeral fund. I also know my mother; whenever she is right now would be extremely appreciative to everything single of of you who donated and spread the word. Thank you so much.

We will be having calling hours for my mother Rebekah Janitz on June 16th, 2025 from 1-3pm at Johnston & Stanimer Funeral Home in Morris, New York. Then we will be having a small reprieve at my house here in Morris so please give me a heads up if you plan on attending so we can prepare properly. All family and friends are welcome.
