First and foremost, we would like to take the time to thank everybody that helped see our family through the unexpected loss of Chrissy Morales. We appreciate the donations, thoughts, and prayers more than you will ever know. Unfortunately we are here again to ask for your support. Many of you already know the story of the tragic events that led us here, but for those of you that don't here are the details.
On Christmas morning, December 25th 2015 my aunt Chrissy Ellis Morales unexpetedly passed away at the age of 37. She had spent the last several months at her husbands bedside who is gravely ill in the hospital. Chrissy left behind three beautiful children, Ruben Austin - Age 20, Laura Jazzmyne - Age 16, and Noah Issiah - Age 9. Chrissy had no life insurance and through the kindess of family, friends, and strangers, we were able to raise enough money to give her the proper funeral service and burial that she deserved.
Yesterday, December 30th 2015, after their mothers funeral, Chrissy and Ruben's children had to make the very difficult decision to take their father off a feeding tube, antibiotics, and monitors. He is now on care and comfort and will pass away in less than a week. His blood pressure is already declining as they are having to give him more and more pain medication to control the pain. Again, we are here asking our family and friends to help these children, Ruben did not have life insurance either and we need to raise funds so we can give Ruben a proper funeral service and burial. These three children have been through so much in a short amount of time, more than any child should have to endure. We don't know why this is happening, but we continue to have faith in the lord. If you are able to, please consider donating, all donations will go directly to Ruben's funeral costs.
