hii ! I go by dizzy on twt and i am a disabled trans man trying to save for top surgery ! I have been on my medical transition journey for a while starting Testosterone through a private clinic, but became unable afford this as both physical and mental chronic illnesses caused me to have to drastically reduce my work hours and use saving to cover necessary expenses. luckily i managed to get a bridging prescription on the NHS while i am on the waitlist for their gender clinic, however the waitlist is 8years!! of which i am only halfway through. my dysphoria is getting worse and i am in urgent need of help to get this surgery.

So, i have made the decision to go privately for my top surgery and have been saving any spare pennies I have been able to, which is a struggle with rent and bills and other health costs to pay too. i have a few thousand of my own saved so far and only have a couple left to go.
