Update:  six weeks in and have learned a lot!  2nd round of chemo yesterday 6-hours at hospital then strap on a machine for the next 48 hours called 5FU’s.  Supposedly with each chemo you feel worse and worse physically - trying to defy the odds.  Met second oncologist for upcoming radiation 3 months out.  Did a Pet Scan which looks sugar activity.  She said my cancer was more like 2B which is better than earlier assessments.  No Magic answers very tricky cancer.  Goal is surgery maybe 6 months from now . Without surgery will not survive. After radiation I will become diabetic if not sooner - thank you or F-you pancreas for another gift.  Will require daily insulin for life…better than dead!  Soldiering on but uncertain how long or after all that for how long.  Joked to doctor and asked to let me know when to buy ticket to Switzerland .  Kidding -kinda!  All good with it all and hope you are too!
