Hello everyone! We are Natalie Mikles, Caitlin Sullivan, and Brianna Polach!
We are undergraduate nursing students on our way to getting our Bachelors in Nursing at the University of Central Arkansas.
We are currently in our Junior year of the program and are involved in the nursing organization on campus, Nursing Students Association. This association has helped us tremendously in our leadership and nursing abilities. We all three are on the Board of Directors for the organization. Brianna-Treasurer, Natalie- Historian, and Caitlin - Level 3 Representative.
We are seeking any donations that would help us go to National Convention in Orlando, Florida. The trip itself has many expenses including airfare, hotel for 5 nights, convention registration fees, and food for the week.
National Student Nursing Association Convention is filled with opportunities that will prepare us for our future. There are experienced nurses and nursing students from around the country that meet here and share experiences from practice and new healthcare information. We would be thrilled with the opportunity to go and learn more about the nursing profession and how to be a great nurse to YOU in the future!
We would be so thankful to any of our family, friends, alumni UCA nursing students or anyone willing to donate for us to experience this convention and all of the opportunities it holds for us.
It means a lot to us, as future nurses, to become great leaders in healthcare and represent UCA Nursing on this national level.
Convention dates are from March 28th - April 3rd 2016.
