Help save our mom's life
Donation protected
We created this go fund me for our mom: Ruth, who was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer in January of 2020. While raising four kids, and running a home day care business she has been the best mother we could ever ask for. Although her job has been a rewarding and fulfilling career, it comes without the safety net of paid sick leave and other benefits.
We wanted to reach out and ask that you please donate to help pay for past, current, and future treatments that will help save her life. Our mom endured five months of chemotherapy before having a mastectomy this past June. After those long months, the pathology report came back to show that there were still some live cancer cells in her lymph nodes after completing the first chemo round. In response, the doctors recommended that she undergo radiation and another fourteen months of a more aggressive chemotherapy. After starting this new chemo treatment she was hit with many extremely difficult side effects. The treatment gave her neuropathy in her arms and legs which has put her in a constant and unbearable amount of pain. Due to these side effects she has been in and out of the hospital for the past few months and medical bills have been piling up. Seeing our beautiful, strong mother fighting this battle has been the hardest thing in the world for our family. Your donations will help us get this amazing woman the treatment she needs to survive. Once again please consider donating.
