I named this rescue Hope (Umut) after a cat who needed intensive, lifelong care. She inspired me to find hope by reaching out to the community for support on this very important path, and I haven't looked back. For the past eight years, I've dedicated my life to rescuing and caring for animals in Turkey. What started as a personal mission has blossomed into a full-fledged rescue operation, but I need your help to continue making a difference.

Every day, I witness the heartbreaking realities faced by stray animals on the streets of Turkey. From malnutrition and injuries to neglect and abuse, the suffering is unimaginable. But amidst the despair, there is hope. With your support, we can provide these innocent creatures with the love, care, and second chances they deserve.

Our rescue efforts extend far beyond simply sheltering animals. We provide medical treatment, vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and rehabilitation to ensure each animal has the best possible chance at a happy and healthy life. I am currently caring for 43 cats in my animal rescue and steadily continuing to rescue more. All these cats (plus 1 dog) have shelter and food at pensions and in our animal care home and vet care when needed.

But all of these things cost a lot of money, and I am in need of help. I can no longer care for these wonderful animals on my own. Our resources are limited, and the need is great. Operating a rescue comes with significant expenses, including veterinary bills, food, shelter maintenance, and transportation costs. That's why I'm turning to you, our compassionate community, for support.
