Help for legal fees.

On November 17, 2023 at midnight, my cousin, Juan Pacheco’s entire life changed. While he was in his sanctuary of his own home, half asleep, wife next to him and his children in their bedrooms, prepared for work and school the next day, he was startled, awaken by the most profound violation of his constitutional rights, a criminal entering his property, starting his Harley Davidson and driving off with it without hesitation, a thought or consideration. Due to the circumstances, I am extremely limited in what I can say or express herein. However, I’ll say that the Justice system is broken. A career criminal, a menace to society, a person who belongs in prison cell and not in society has taken Juan’s sense of security if his sanctuary, in his safety and the safety of his family and most important, the security of his future. Juan now is considered the defendant as if he hasn’t been robbed of enough. Juan is in for the battle for his future. Since he couldn’t count on the State of NH to keep him and his family safe in the first instance from a person who should have been imprisoned, he cannot count on them to have done a proper job in “investigating” this matter to the fullest extent especially given that he’s been charged in the first place. Juan is a man of impeccable character with a criminal record to match, he is a hard worker, a family man and a great friend. Juan has worked hard to create a foundation for the future of his family. Let’s not let this criminal ruin everything for him. The harsh reality is that this could have happened to any one of us, law abiding citizens, working hard for our assets and falling victim to not only the criminals but also the broken justice system. Please let’s all pitch in a little to help this upstanding man defeat this unethical and demeaning case. We thank you in advance for all of your help ❤
