Hi everyone. First I want to say thank you to everyone who has already shown support and has reached out and has taken the time to just check in on mom. It honestly means so much more than you could ever know. If you didn't know, my mom, Candy, suffered a brain aneurysm and a stroke on the 29th of December. She's been in the hospital for 14 days so far and although she is almost always constantly doing better than the day before, she will be in the hospital for another week or two. Because she has a drain in her head and because she is recovering from two surgeries, she is in the ICU. The ICU is very expensive. My mom works two jobs and almost everyday of the week she has 14 hour work days. She is very proud of herself that she has such a strong work ethic and is able to take care of herself, my brother and me all by herself. She never asks for help and is always the first person to offer help any way that she can.

Because I know that she would never do anything like this and would never expect any one to help her with her medical bills, I am reaching out to ask for help for her. I honestly did not know what to set the goal amount to. I have received two bills so far and it is well over 50,000 dollars but anything helps. Even just a dollar would help. Thank so much in advance from me and Candy and all of our family. We appreciate everything that has been done for us thus far and we continue to be thankful every time you guys take the time to check on her.
