Hello we are Cats First Rescue
We need your help more than ever. We're dealing with so many cats; we have over 50 cats in our care. We have many cats with health problems, like heart issues, thyroid, asthma that require treatment, medications, etc.
some cats are in special food like gastro etc. 12 cans costs over £30
We have feral/ stray cats that still need a lot of time to go to new homes. For some time now, we've also had many pregnant cats, one of which gave birth to four kittens two days ago. We need to provide them with care and food. Unfortunately, this is due to the irresponsibility of owners who haven't spayed or neutered their cats. We urgently need to raise money to spay Angel, Lola, Rez, and 5 other cats, but that's not the end, because not a week goes by without new cats appearing who need our help. We need to vaccinate 11 cats, which costs around £850. We need monthly deworming and flea treatments for our cats which costs around £400/£450. We urgently need cat and kitten food. Feeding our cats monthly can cost up to £1,000/£1,500 or more, including litter, treats, and specialty food.
Unfortunately, our charity shop doesn't generate enough income to cover the costs of veterinary treatment and cat food.
We truly want to help; we do this from the bottom of our hearts, but we can't do it without your help. We're very small and very busy, so we can't keep you updated on everything we do, like when I'm walking through the bushes at night looking for an injured cat, or when our beloved Karen drives far trying and try to catch a matted, stray old cat. Our wonderful foster carers sometimes stay up all night while kittens are being born, and sometimes the cats attack, scratch, and bite us onlybecausetheyare scared. I'll try to add some information or photos.
