Save Our House From Foreclosure

Hello, my name is Stanley.

I'll cut straight to the chase. Unknown to us, we had a dormant second mortgage. After nearly a decade that mortgage came back and went into foreclosure. We are attempting to work with the lender to Modify that loan and keep our house.

They are asking us for a downpayment of $16000 in order to secure the modification trial and save our home. We do not have this much money and I'm exhausting every avenue I can to try and obtain this money. Including this fundraiser.

My dad built this house and I've lived here almost my entire life. I really do not want to lose it to foreclosure like this. Naturally, this has been my childhood home for nearly 3 decades now. I want to keep it if I can. This is why I'm asking for help from everyone I know through this fundraiser.

Any and all funds received will be put towards the downpayment or future mortgage payments on our house.

If we can not come up with the total before our deadline to pay, any funds raised will go towards the costs of moving. I really do not want it to come to that, but I'm being transparent and honest.
