My name is Jerell. I’ve been in the culinary business for 15 years, and I found my passion to be in the fire and with that I’ve been barbecuing for about 10 years. Through some setbacks with my health, I was forced to leave my regular 9 to 5. With time passing, I felt that it was time to start a new chapter. Hotbox of Rells is where chef-crafted meets smokehouse soul. Founded by a seasoned chef with years behind the line and a passion for open flame cooking, this truck would bring elevated BBQ straight to the street. No white tablecloths, just fire, flavor, and finesse.
