Help Brittany Rebuild After Fire Loss

On May 5th, 2025, Brittany’s life was turned upside down when a fire broke out in her apartment building, destroying everything she owned.

Brittany was on her way home from work when she noticed her street was blocked off and there were fire trucks in front of her apartment. When she arrived at the house and started asking questions, Brittany realized that no one had any idea about her pets, Sadie and Nora, who were still in the building. Luckily Brittany was able to save them and while she and all her friends and family are thankful that she and her pets are safe, Brittany lost everything—from furniture, clothing and personal items to important documents and cherished memories. The physical and emotional toll has been overwhelming.

The fire not only displaced her, but it’s left her with the daunting task of rebuilding her life from scratch. As she works through insurance claims and figuring out her next steps, she’s facing significant expenses that she hadn’t anticipated.

Brittany has been my best friend for 26 years. She's the godmother to my daughter and the most kindhearted, hard working woman I have ever met. Everything that Brittany has, she has worked her butt off for and has always helped others who needed it.
