Funeral Expenses for Aaron McDougle

Hello my name is Lynn Ray, I am the Aunt of Aaron McDougle. Aaron has been more of a son to me than a nephew. I watched him take his first steps at 2yrs old, to him walking across the stage at McKinley High school. I watched him grow into the great, smart, artistic and funny young man he is. Many of you may not have known Aaron fought a hard battle with Sickle Cell Anemia, he tried very hard to not let it show and to be treated just as anyone would be without any ailments. He looked forward to graduating from ECC as a paramedic and helping others. He truly enjoyed all of his classes and looked forward to hanging out with his friends on the College campus.
On November 19, Aaron lost his battle and was called home to Heaven, God felt like his work here on earth was done, although his time here on earth was brief, Aaron had such an amazing effect on every one life he encountered. He has always been a bright spot in our family. He was so artistic and smart. He love to play video games and eat sweets. The sound of his voice made you feel like being happy was easy. He give me energy on days when I couldn’t find it. With Aaron’s death it helps me understand and appreciate my life as I battle the same battle he fought.
This was the most unexpected life event that could of happen. With raising 4 children and my nephew, it has been very difficult pooling money together for his funeral services. Any money raised will be used to secure and plan his funeral. Any help would be greatly and appreciated deeply. His home going is schedule for the 30th of November. More details will be posted on Aaron’s fb page once the arrangements have been finalized.
