After 13 years on dialysis Michael has received his perfect match!  Michael received his kidney at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, as they specialize in highly sensitized transplant recipients.  This means that Michael’s body would reject 99% of any donor.  With the help of infusions to lower his anti-bodies he has found a match!
Michael received his kidney August 18, 2020 and is temporarily living in Los Angeles to receive after care.  There have been some minor complications which has extended his stay.
Many of you have asked how you can help so we set up this account to help during his transition of life.  Funds donated will help with medication, commuting, food, and medical expenses.
