Our daughter Sara has suffered for years with a stomach ailment. We found out her gall bladder needed to be removed. Then within a few weeks we found out she needed another surgery. She has stomach parisis, but has nothing underlying that could of caused it. They say she was born with it. Sara hasn't been able to hold down food in a long while, and has lost over 100 lbs. Its a constant trip to the Dr for fluids as she stays dehydrated. Her veins are so small they generally need a ultrasound to be able to stick her. The Drs felt she needed another surgery for the parisis. Was many hiccups a long the way. After surgery her heart rate stayed low 40s. She didnt feel "right". 2nd night home she said felt some better and after being out of work for months, she was scheduled to return in 5 days. FINALLY! Sara lives on her own and we have helped her to keep things going, but its been a hardship. She has been on a liquid died for over a month. Sara was home, feeling a lil better, sitting on a high top chair, when she had a seizure lasting over 4 minutes. We dont know why. She was rushed to the hospital and sent to a surgeon who states she needs another surgery. Sara is in tremendous pain. They will put a plate in, do physical therapy and later remove it. 2 procedures and 3 surgeries later she is really struggling as her roommate decided to move out. Last night, she was rushed back to the hospital in uncontrollable pain. We had a family emergency that had me and her Dad already at that hospital. We have a close family member that was admitted for something serious. I was going back and forth between the 2. We was up all night. They say will be a while before she can return to work, and needs some help. Help if you can! If you cant help, just please PRAY. She is only 21, living on her own and needs a hand up to recover.
