Hey, my name is Sam, and I’m raising money for MIND.

Mental health is something close to my heart, and MIND has helped me get through things, now it’s my turn to help out.

I’ll be doing a sponsored skydive in late September/ early October.

Now for the personal bit- over 10 years ago I lost my mother very suddenly to cancer, and I didn’t know how to handle it. I bottled things up. Then myself and my close family had to deal with our remaining grandparents medical issues and eventual passing, which all took its toll on my

mental health, so much so that eventually I have a breakdown that could’ve gone worse if not for MIND
