My name is Jakeb, I am 12 years old. I was diagnosed with Cancer, Wilms tumour, at the age of 18 months. I fought the disease with all that I had and won, although it still left me with only one kidney and many painful memories. I spent much of my first 5 years of my life in and out of the children's hospital and was subjected to constant agonising procedures that still haunt me. I have witnessed first hand the trauma and nightmare of Cancer.

I would like to do something to give back to the kids that are in the same situation that I was so I have decided to try and raise as much money for Telethon as I can. Want to join me in making a difference? I will be running from Mandurah to Perth, a total of 73km's, over three days and I would be very grateful for any donations that will help me reach my fundraising goal!
