Jackpot's Journey, Trash 2 Treasure

Tax deductible
My name is Jackpot and I am about 9 weeks old and I need a significant surgery. I was thrown in a ditch because I wasn’t a perfect puppy. I was born with severely deformed front legs. Cold and hungry does not even begin to say what being in that ditch was like. It was scary and I think there just might have been monsters down there.

Then a kind lady climbed down in that ditch and picked me up and put me inside of her coat. It was soft and warm in there. Was she my Guardian Angel?

It turns out she was! She took me to a Vet who referred me to the Washington State University Veterinarian program. The Vet there thinks she can fix me! Well, kind of fix me. My bones need to be set and my elbows need to be fused which will give me weight-bearing capabilities and allow my muscles to develop. Because I am young, the surgery needs to be done quickly for the best chance of success. Without this surgery I will never be able to walk.

The Guardian Angels at Wags to Riches Animal Rescue are raising money to pay for my surgeries! Please, be my hero and donate so Wags can pay for my surgeries and other medical needs! Wags to Riches saved my life —because of my deformity others would have put me….oh, I can’t say it!

Your donations will make the rest of my life bright and shiny, full of love and joy.

I “lub” you all,
Jackpot

P.S. If there is any money left over after my surgeries and care, it will go into the Guardian Angel Emergency Medical Fund at Wags to Riches to help other dogs or cats that need emergency medical care! Thank you for being generous!!
