I've never made a GoFundMe campaign, but in a situation where most of us feel a bit helpless, this seems like the best way to make a difference.

One of the people that I love most in this world is battling a very difficult and incredibly horrifying medical nightmare. Sienna was admitted to the hospital on April 17th for a variety of emergency symptoms which appeared to show up without any warning or explanation and — despite countless tests, scans, IVs, and now ICU observation — we still don't have any real answers or reason behind this. Today, we can only focus on an optimistic recovery (with or without diagnosis), and we're calling upon anyone with the heart or opportunity to help.

Less than a week before Sienna landed in the hospital, they were also unfortunately the victim of a sudden car accident. This resulted in a total loss, leaving them without any form of transportation. As of now, April 29th, they've been admitted for almost two full weeks — putting an even larger financial burden on their plate as bills inevitably pile up without any work or opportunity to pay them. On the rare occasion that Sienna has been conscious enough to hold a conversation during this whole ordeal, one of their biggest concerns is having to face these liabilities upon recovery. This is the last thing someone in their position should have to worry about, and it breaks my heart that we even have to discuss it at all.

I'm making this campaign as an opportunity to lift that hardship off their shoulders; to help Sienna and their family focus on health and recovery above everything else. I know it's a tough time for all of us, but if anyone has anything in their pockets to spare (even a couple bucks) it'd be unspeakably helpful and endlessly appreciated by everyone in their corner.
