UPDATE:
Family and Friends. This is a post I thought that we wouldn’t ever have to make. . Our Son, Husband, Brother, Nephew, Friend, Cousin Xavier Latigue has gained his wings. Xavier spent 6+ months in a coma due to a TBI -Traumatic Brain Injury - Unfortunately after months of fighting SO SO SO VERY HARD.. having positive moments .. only to have a series of medical setbacks his body jut could not continue fighting and he passed away later Wednesday Night May 22, 2024.
This has left a gaping hole in our families heart.
We are looking to friends and family for support for helping his Memorial, Final Expenses and a bit of help for the family maintenance
ORIGINAL POST:
Hello, we are raising funds on behalf of our Xavier and his family. Earlier this month Xavier had returned home from work and while preparing to shower, his wife heard “something” fall. He had mysteriously passed out and was unresponsive for a bit then had a small seizure while waiting for the ambulance. It turns out that Xavier was suffering from a Brain AVM (A brain arteriovenous malformation (AVM) is a tangle of blood vessels that connects arteries and veins in the brain. The arteries take oxygen-rich blood from the heart to the brain. Veins carry the oxygen-depleted blood back to the lungs and heart. A brain AVM disrupts this vital process -Mayo Clinic)
Emergency brain surgery was needed and in the process a brain aneurysm developed and erupted requiring a more in-depth brain procedure that included 1/2 skull removal. Since this procedure he has been kept sedated to help facilitate healing and recovery.
Xavier and Ivorie were recently married this year in March with a beautiful family. This unpredictable situation has unfortunately taken a huge toll on this young growing family.
We are asking for gifts of love and donations to help keep them afloat during this difficult time. Donated funds will go towards Medical, Housing, Bills and Transportation, Meals and General Family Up Keep.
They are facing a Long Arduous Road ahead of them.. and would really appreciate any generosity. Keep Xavier and his family in your prayers and keep sending positive healing thoughts.
