Our family needs your help.

This is Tommy George, the owner of Pasta & Provisions, and along with my wife Debbie, our son and GM, Dylan and all of our family here at P & P, we are asking for your help. Our beloved assistant pasta maker Thang Sum suffered a terrible accident on Easter Sunday. He was playing with his nieces and nephews on a trampoline when he broke his neck and has been left paralyzed from the neck down. He came through successful surgery this morning and we will update this page as we get more news. Thang is a refugee from Myanmar who fled the persecution there and came to the U.S. in 2019. We hired him through the Carolina Refugee Resettlement Agency and he has been an invaluable member of our team since.

We are hoping to defray some of his impending medical expenses and continue to be there for him as he recovers. Thank you in advance for any support you are willing to share.
