Hi! I was hit with food poisoning and then it followed with painful pharyngitis with strep symptoms, so i've been unable to work since Easter, which made me fall behind on some bills and unable to pay for medications.

I know I have a gnarly medical bill coming due to my doctor's & 3 hospital visits but I'll tackle that when it's time, but I ultimately need help on receiving medications and my final bills for the month.
