We are absolutely devastated by the passing of a Luis A. Borges, best known to many as LouLou or “TuTu”. A loving, selfless, humble, man who always looked after his family and even strangers. He never forgot to show his affection for his family. LouLou passed suddenly on Friday, July 30, 2021 in his sleep.
