Necessary Tech Drive
I'm chronically ill, so I'm in the hospital a lot due to on my chronic endocrinology and GI issues. I'm never in the hospital for less than 3 days; the usual time is more like 5 days to a week or more.
One of the most crucial items I need when I'm hospitalized is my tablet. It's my window to the world. I use it pretty much 24/7. My sleep is fractured; nurses come in and wake me up every couple hours. I can't get back to sleep, so it's back to the tablet.
Currently my tablet is dying. It sucks down battery life, the screen has gouges in it and sometimes no matter what it won't run apps. Without the connection of a working tablet, I risk losing contact with friends and people I love.
With a working tablet, I can also do practical stuff like organize my medical records, keep my appointments organized, and take notes while I'm in the hospital.
I hope you consider helping me buy a new one. I picked the amount I did so that I could have a case, a screen protector, and 2 years protection. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out of this situation.
