In 2013 my dad Larry walked me down the aisle. A year later his cancer journey began. My dad at 55 was diagnosed with lymphoma. He kicked lymphoma's butt! Soon after he was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Then came surgery #1, but it didn't stop there. My dad was diagnosed with stage 1 lung cancer. Thankfully with the help of God my dad is doing well. Waiting for surgery #2. Needless to say it has been exhausting for my parents. Mentally, physically & financially. My dad is in construction & work is slowing down.
