Hi, my name is Chelsea, and we are fundraising for our beautiful mom. Who had the kindest, and most tender heart, and lit up a room wherever she went.

It is with the heaviest hearts that we share that our beloved mom has passed away. She fought so hard these past weeks, and we are so proud of the strength and courage she showed through it all.
