Hi, my name is Sarah and for the past eight years, I am proud to say that Anthony has been not only my colleague, but also one of my closest friends.
Throughout his career, Anthony has dedicated his life to nursing and to caring for others. He has always strived for excellence, constantly looking for ways to improve patient care, experiences, and outcomes with his determined and never-give-up approach. His commitment to his patients, his profession, and his colleagues is exceptional.
Anthony is also a devoted husband and a loving father to three beautiful children. Outside of work, his life revolves around his family—supporting his kids, attending their many sporting events, and being present in every way that matters. His family is his world.
Those who know Anthony know how generous he is with his time and knowledge. He spends countless hours mentoring and teaching colleagues, contributing to the growth and improvement of the nursing profession, and supporting others to be their best even if it is just being there as a friend. He leads with kindness, compassion, and integrity, and approaches every patient and colleague with genuine care.
For so long, Anthony has been the one helping others through their hardest moments. Now, he is facing his own health battle, having recently been diagnosed with glioblastoma and preparing to commence treatment.
This journey will be physically, emotionally, and financially challenging for Anthony and his family. As friends and colleagues, we want to do everything we can to support him during this time. Our goal is to help ease some of the financial pressure so that Anthony can focus on his treatment, his recovery, and time with the people he loves most.
This fundraiser is our way of giving back to someone who has given so much to others. It is now our turn to care for Anthony.
Any donation, big or small, will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page is just as appreciated.
Thank you for supporting Anthony and his family with your kindness, generosity, and love.
With heartfelt thanks,
Sarah Wallace
