Novas heart surgery journey

I'd like to tell a story about Nova who is 11 months old and is full of life and smiles, Nova was born with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) pulmonary atresia with VSD and MAPCAs and ASD of the heart so far in Novas little life she has had 4 operations to place a stint and widden her arteries and to remove a MAPCA Nova has done so well through all of this and is strong enough to have her open heart surgery on the 26th July 2018 ,Nova will have a month or so recovery in Our ladys children's hospital crumlin as Novas mam and dad will be staying in accomadation at the hospital and would be traveling back and forth to there son we were hoping for some help with supporting them through this difficult time and help them along on there journey ❤️❤️
