About Cantare: Cantare offers tuition-free music education to over 3000 underserved Oakland students weekly through classroom music, after-school choirs and a summer music camp. Our culturally responsive curriculum nurtures creativity, resilience, leadership, and social-emotional development for students who otherwise have no avenue to develop and share their unique voices.
