“Let There Be Light” is a living memorial—an immersive art installation created to honor and remember the lives lost on October 7th through beauty, presence, and collective reflection. At its heart, the piece transforms grief into illumination: a radiant, interactive structure that invites participants to step inside a space where memory is not static, but alive—held, witnessed, and shared.
Light becomes the language of remembrance, with each glow representing a life, a story, a ripple of love that continues beyond loss. Visitors are not passive observers but active participants, engaging with the installation through moments of stillness, conversation, dance, and connection, guided by ambassadors who hold the space with compassion and intention.
“Let There Be Light” creates an opportunity for healing that transcends boundaries—offering a place where grief can soften, where empathy can deepen, and where the resilience of the human spirit is made visible. Through this work, we aim to carry forward the essence of those we lost, ensuring they are not defined by tragedy, but remembered through light, unity, and the enduring power of community.
This is the second art installation designed and built by the Nova Heaven crew and will debut at Burning Man in 2026.
