Nou’s Journey To Be Cancer Free

Hello, I'm Chue, and I've created this GoFundMe for my sister Nou, who is on the journey to become cancer-free. Our family was devastated by the news but would like to share it with everyone, seeking support during this difficult time. In October 2023, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma breast cancer, known for its aggressive nature, prone to spreading and growing rapidly. Fortunately, it hasn't reached any organs or other body parts. Nou’s treatment involves chemotherapy followed by surgery.

Our lives changed forever after Nou shared this devastating news. We remained heartbroken and still can't believe this is happening. We’ve prayed and cried for her but are now ready to fight alongside her to beat cancer.

Nou is a wife and mother of five, known for her enormous heart and constant willingness to help others. She’s like a second mom that everyone can turn to for advice or anything they need. She’s supported by her husband, Tou, children, and family.

Despite having an excellent team of doctors helping her, there are still many challenges ahead in this journey to be cancer-free. She started her first round of chemotherapy on November 2, and will continue through March before undergoing surgery. The regular doctor's appointments and chemotherapy's side effects have taken a toll on Nou physically, mentally, and financially. Unable to work during chemotherapy, Tou is now the family's sole provider and Nou's caretaker. His commitment to her treatments sometimes affects his work, causing ongoing financial difficulties. Any funds donated will go towards Nou's medical expenses and bills, allowing her to focus on her fight against cancer.
