Tree of Life Forest School - Nourish the Roots

As a child, did you spend hours outdoors every day playing in the wild spaces of your neighborhood?  Did it give you a feeling of confidence, agency, trust in your own capacities? Today's children need those experiences of immersion in nature and movement more than ever. They need these experiences to nourish the roots of their developing selves.
We are starting a nature-based, movement-rich program for children at our home in South Amherst.
