Nourish Cat's Husband After Her Passing

My wife Catherine "Cat" Waldron, age 44, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital in Virginia from a rapid onset of complications after a recent diagnosis of Metastatic Colon Cancer. Along with the outpouring of love and support from family, friends, and varied communities (both online & in-person) that have been such a huge part of our lives, I've been asked multiple times from people how they can support me directly. It's a common thing that your friends and family will say "Let me know how I can help". My answer has mostly been "I have no clue", but I know what Cat would want. She would want to ensure I'm actually eating at night, and not just bowls of cereal or Taco Bell. And figuring out how to eat somewhat healthy at night is one of my biggest fears of the future.

If feels weird making this GoFundMe, but for her I'm setting it up so that if people want to they can send direct support for me to fund my DoorDash and InstaCart for getting me meals/groceries. May even check out some of the meal services to see if one of them works well for just one person. Feel free to provide suggestions. I know I can use all the help I can get on how to have at least somewhat decent dinners occasionally.
