At the beginning of 2025, my life changed when I became suddenly unwell after living a normal fit & healthy life. Sadly, this has left me with irreversible, long-term kidney damage. It’s been a tough journey, but it’s also given me a new sense of determination.

My Sister & I are running the Nottingham 10k on the 8th March 2026 to raise vital funds for two incredible charities that are close to our hearts: Kidney Research UK and The UK Sepsis Trust. Donations will be split 50/50 between them—supporting research into kidney disease, as well as helping people manage life after a sepsis diagnosis.
