Hilfe für unseren Vater – Schlaganfall in Indonesien. Es geht um meinen Vater.

Liebe Familie, Freunde und alle, die uns unterstützen möchten,

wir wenden uns heute mit einer Bitte an euch, die uns unglaublich schwerfällt.

Unser Vater hat während seines Aufenthalts in Indonesien und kurz vor seiner Rückreise nach Deutschland einen schweren Schlaganfall erlitten.

Seit sieben Tagen befindet er sich in einem Krankenhaus in Yogyakarta.

Er wird medizinisch versorgt, ist derzeit oft nicht ansprechbar, er wird beatmet und befindet sich in einem schwachem Zustand. Aktuell ist die rechte Seite gelähmt.

Zudem hat er ein Aneurysma der thorakalen Aorta

(Brustaortenaneurysma) ist eine gefährliche, oft symptomlose Erweiterung der Hauptschlagader im Brustkorb. Wert ist bei 4,7cm und bei 5cm wird es kritisch und es könnte eine Operation bevorstehen.

Wie sich sein Zustand entwickeln wird, können die Ärzte im Moment noch nicht sicher sagen.

Wir selbst leben in Deutschland und versuchen von hier aus alles zu organisieren und die bestmögliche Hilfe für ihn zu ermöglichen.

Mein Bruder ist aktuell vor Ort und kümmert sich so gut es geht um Alles.

Leider hat unser Vater keine Reisekrankenversicherung.

Dadurch müssen die Kosten für die medizinische Behandlung vor Ort voraussichtlich selbst getragen werden.

Zusätzlich kommen weitere große Herausforderungen auf uns zu: die laufende Versorgung im Krankenhaus, mögliche Verlängerungen seines Visums aufgrund seiner Erkrankung, die Kommunikation mit den Behörden/Botschaften und Ärzten sowie – sobald es medizinisch möglich ist – ein Rücktransport nach Deutschland.

Allein ein medizinischer Rücktransport kann sehr hohe Kosten verursachen.

Ein Krankenrücktransport in seinem Fall kann bis zu ca. 300.000€ kosten.

Und das auch nur wenn er im Zustand ist wieder fliegen zu dürfen.

Wir wissen im Moment noch nicht, welche Gesamtkosten auf uns zukommen werden. Klar ist jedoch, dass sie unsere finanziellen Möglichkeiten voraussichtlich deutlich übersteigen werden.

Deshalb bitten wir euch von Herzen um Unterstützung. Jeder Beitrag – egal in welcher Höhe – hilft uns dabei, unserem Vater die notwendige medizinische Versorgung und die Chance auf eine Rückkehr nach Deutschland zu ermöglichen.

Babamız İçin Yardım – Endonezya’da Geçirdiği İnme

Sevgili ailemiz, dostlarımız ve bize destek olmak isteyen herkese,

Bugün sizlere, bizim için dile getirmesi çok zor olan bir ricayla sesleniyoruz.

Babamız, Endonezya’daki seyahati sırasında ve Almanya’ya dönmesine kısa bir süre kala ağır bir inme (felç) geçirdi.

Yedi gündür Yogyakarta’daki bir hastanede tedavi görüyor.

Tıbbi bakımı devam ediyor, ancak çoğu zaman bilinci kapalı oluyor, şu anda solunum cihazına bağlı ve durumu oldukça ağır. Şu anda vücudunun sağ tarafı felçli.

Bunun yanı sıra babamızda torasik aort anevrizması bulunmaktadır. Bu, göğüs bölgesindeki ana atardamarın tehlikeli ve çoğu zaman belirti vermeyen bir genişlemesidir. Anevrizmanın çapı şu anda 4,7 cm. 5 cm’ye ulaştığında durum kritik hale gelir ve ameliyat gerekebilir.

Doktorlar şu an için sağlık durumunun nasıl gelişeceğini kesin olarak söyleyemiyor.

Biz Almanya’da yaşıyoruz ve buradan onun için mümkün olan en iyi yardımı organize etmeye çalışıyoruz. Kardeşim ise şu anda Endonezya’da ve elinden geldiğince her şeyle ilgileniyor.

Ne yazık ki babamızın seyahat sağlık sigortası bulunmuyor.

Bu nedenle Endonezya’daki tıbbi tedavi masraflarını büyük ihtimalle kendimiz karşılamak zorunda kalacağız.

Bunun yanında bizi başka büyük zorluklar da bekliyor: hastanedeki devam eden tedavi masrafları, sağlık durumu nedeniyle vizesinin uzatılması gerekmesi, yetkililer, büyükelçilikler ve doktorlarla yürütülen işlemler ve sağlık durumu izin verdiğinde Almanya’ya tıbbi nakli.

Sadece tıbbi hava ambulansı ile Almanya’ya naklin maliyeti bile çok yüksek olabilir.

Babamızın durumunda bu masraf yaklaşık 300.000 €’ya kadar çıkabilir. Üstelik bu da ancak uçabilecek kadar stabil hale gelmesi durumunda mümkündür.

Şu an toplam maliyetlerin ne kadar olacağını henüz bilmiyoruz. Ancak şimdiden bunun maddi imkanlarımızı büyük ölçüde aşacağı açıktır.

Bu nedenle sizlerden yürekten destek rica ediyoruz. Miktarı ne olursa olsun her bağış, babamızın ihtiyaç duyduğu tıbbi tedaviyi almasına ve Almanya’ya dönebilme şansına katkı sağlayacaktır.

Help for Our Father – Stroke in Indonesia

Dear family, friends, and everyone who would like to support us,

Today, we are reaching out with a request that is incredibly difficult for us to make.

Our father suffered a severe stroke while staying in Indonesia, just shortly before his scheduled return to Germany.

He has now been in a hospital in Yogyakarta for seven days.

He is receiving medical treatment but is often unresponsive, is currently on a ventilator, and remains in a very weak condition. At the moment, the right side of his body is paralyzed.

In addition, he has a thoracic aortic aneurysm, a dangerous enlargement of the main artery in the chest that often causes no symptoms. It currently measures 4.7 cm. At 5 cm, the condition becomes critical, and surgery may become necessary.

At this point, the doctors are unable to say with certainty how his condition will develop.

We live in Germany and are doing everything we can from here to organize the best possible care for him. My brother is currently in Indonesia and is taking care of everything on site as best as he can.

Unfortunately, our father does not have travel health insurance.

As a result, we will most likely have to cover the costs of his medical treatment ourselves.

In addition, we are facing many other major challenges: the ongoing hospital expenses, possible visa extensions due to his medical condition, communication with authorities, embassies, and doctors, and—once he is medically stable enough—a medical repatriation to Germany.

A medical repatriation alone can be extremely expensive.

In his case, it could cost up to approximately €300,000, and that is only if he becomes stable enough to be allowed to fly.

At this time, we do not yet know the total costs we will have to face. However, it is already clear that they will most likely exceed our financial means.

Therefore, we kindly ask for your support from the bottom of our hearts. Every contribution—no matter how small—will help us provide our father with the medical care he urgently needs and give him the chance to return to Germany.
