Not rehoming our boy and getting him the medication he needs

Donation protected

Hi, my name is Keeley and I'm the Dog Mummy of Rocky, our four year old Border Terrier. If you know me, you know that Rocky is my boy, he helped us get through our IVF miscarriage with lots of cuddles.

But for the past two years he's really been struggling with his anxiety, more so from noises. It can be rain, wind, cars, lorries, even the plastic window frame cracking because of heat expansion. Noises make him destroy things, he ripped off half the door frame in my study and clawed through the wall. He's been through more crates than I can remember but we are still trying to help him before rehoming him as that will break my heart.

Over three years we've tried:
A dog behaviourist.
Calming treats.
More walks, longer walks, obedience training walks etc.
A thunder shirt.
Reactivity training.
Separation training
Impulse training.
A dog walker when I was at work full-time.
Scents/ sprays.
Desensitisation - which is harder to find (window pops?!)

He's our baby boy and we want to help him with anxiety medication which is so expensive. We're hoping for dog loving humans to help us help him. We don't want to give up on him so we're reaching out ♡

Thank you so much for any donations, messages and positive thoughts! Anything helps at this time.
