Katie is an eight-year-old Shetland Collie that was injured while at Paws of Paris (10th & Maple - Odessa) in late April. She has lost the use of her front leg and needs carpal orthopedic surgery in Dallas to repair the damage.

The owner filed a claim with Nationwide Insurance. The adjuster says they may replace "the puppy", but repairing Katie's leg is very unlikely.
