Not Giving Up — Just Rolling Forward
Donation protected
After reading through all the support and encouragement on my Facebook post, I finally feel ready to take the next step.
I’ve made the decision to move forward with getting a mobility aid that fits my needs and my body — even if I don’t “look” like the type of person most people expect to see using one.
I live with MAS, SVT, psoriatic arthritis, endometriosis, and seizures — and while I’m still able to walk, some days it’s painful, exhausting, and not always safe. Using a mobility aid isn’t about giving up — it’s about protecting my energy and staying independent as much as possible.
I’ve found a chair option that’s safe, supportive, and allows me to do more on the days I need it. My goal is to eventually add power-assist features to give me even more freedom in the future.
This chair is $850 plus taxes, a seat pad to help minimize back pain, anti tippers, and shipping and handling.
Unfortunately, mobility equipment like this is expensive — and not covered by insurance. That’s why I’ve created this GoFundMe.
If you’ve ever wanted to help — by donating, sharing, or just cheering me on — I’d be so grateful. Every little bit helps, and knowing I have support behind me makes a huge difference.
Thank you for showing up for me — and reminding me that it’s okay to ask for help!
If you’re able to help or even just share, it would mean the world to me and Steele. ❤️
