We’re raising funds to help pay the legal fees needed to battle a political ad featuring my friend Frank without his consent. A recent campaign ad by current Congressman Rob Bresnahan Jr singles out images of Frank’s Lady Lydia as if she were some enemy of him or his constituents. It paints her and her pride activism as something to be ashamed of, and a reason to vote against his opponent. This isn’t about silencing the voice of any political party, it’s about Lady Lydia’s right to privacy, and the unauthorized use of her likeness. The LGBTQ+ community and their allies don’t need any more unwarranted negative attention than they already get. 

Frank has spoken with a lawyer who feels they can handle to task of getting the ad taken off of television and the internet. Unfortunately, good help doesn’t always come cheap. He needs some generosity to help protect himself, his loved ones, and his community.
